How to Join

Joining CEGSA is now easier than ever.  Simply, choose from one of the below membership types, register your details (on the the respective application form) and then choose and use one of the range of available payment options.  Membership is open to all South Australian educators and those interested in education. Membership may be either ‘Individual‘ or ‘Organisational’ [through the educator's worksite].

Individual members may choose between ‘Full’ membership and ‘Publications Only’ membership.  Note: Individual membership fees may be claimed as a tax deduction.

The rates:

Individual membership (78.00AUD*)

Members are entitled to membership rates or discount for CEGSA affiliated professional learning activities, events and offers – including State and National conferences; have access to the Members Only section of the CEGSA web site; receive the Australian Council for Computers in Education Journal twice a year and are members of the CEGSA chat list. Apply for an Individual membership.

Student membership (30.00AUD*)

Full-time student members receive the Australian Council for Computers in Education Journal twice a year; are entitled to membership rates or discount for CEGSA affiliated professional learning activities, events – including State and National conferences – have access to the Members Only section of the CEGSA web-site and are members of the CEGSA chat list. Apply for an Student membership.

Organisations can choose either of two levels of membership:

Organisational membership – Level A  (154.00AUD*)

This membership level is generally for schools.  Two people from this form of membership will be able to attend CEGSA affiliated professional learning activities and events at membership rates or discount.  Level A Organisation members receive one copy of the Australian Council for Computers in Education Journal and are able to access the Members Only section of the CEGSA web-site, with the nominated contact person a member of the CEGSA chat list. Apply for an Organisational (Level A) membership.

OR

Organisational membership – Level B  (230.00AUD*)

This membership level is generally for schools and other organisations.  Level B Organisational members enables an unlimited number of staff to attend CEGSA affiliated professional learning activities, events and offers at member or discount rates – including State and National conferences; receive one copy of the Australian Council for Computers in Education Journal and are able to access the Members Only section of the CEGSA web-site, with the nominated contact person a member of the CEGSA chat list. Apply for an Organisation (Level B) membership.

The membership fee includes the Australian Council for Computers in Education (ACCE) capitation fee of $15.20
